Dr Helena Marsh
Helena has mediated more than 800 workplace and commercial disputes, from two-person conflicts to multi-party matters involving boards and unions.
From litigator to mediator
Helena spent ten years as an employment lawyer in a national firm, where she saw how litigation left even the winners worse off. She completed her PhD on early intervention in workplace disputes and founded Parley in 2014.
She is known for a calm, direct style, and for spending time on preparation so the joint session feels safe. Helena also supervises the Parley panel and leads our quality program.

Heard, then resolved

I went in expecting to be judged. The mediator made sure I was heard first. It was the first time the conversation felt fair.
