Who pays for mediation?
Usually the employer for workplace matters. Commercial mediation fees are typically split between the parties.
Are there cancellation fees?
Free rescheduling up to 3 business days before. Later cancellations incur 50% of the session fee.
What if we need more time?
We'll discuss it with you first. Additional hours are billed at the rate in your quote.
Can retainer hours roll over?
Unused quarterly mediations roll over for one quarter.
Do you offer not-for-profit rates?
Yes, 15% off per-matter pricing for registered charities.
