Questions

Common questions about conflict coaching

See all FAQs
Is coaching confidential?
Yes. Your employer may pay, but the content of sessions stays between you and your coach.
Is this counselling?
No. Coaching is practical and future-focused. If we think counselling would help, we'll suggest your EAP.
Can coaching replace mediation?
Sometimes. Many conflicts resolve after one well-prepared conversation.
Can the other person be coached too?
Yes, by a different coach, to keep things neutral.
